Buying from Amazon in Soain

Of course - use amazon.es and if you have an amazon account for uk or de use the same password. I have used a Prime account for many years - you get the film service and free rapid delivery for 36 Euros per year. Since Brexit even more useful as no duties imposed unlike buying from amazon.uk.

Use amazon.es. 

You can find items on amazon.co.uk that will deliver to Spain but delivery times can be verrrrry long through customs and you might be eligible for import duty and handling charges. 

I've been waiting a month now for a package from the UK (only other supplier is in america so not using them), 6 months ago that would have been a week at most and no duty due 😖

I do it all the time, first name terms with the delivery guys....😂. You can also use the German and other European amazons with no extra charges. If you need something from the uk amazon it now takes ages and can be very expensive and a lot of things are no longer available. 

Check amazon.de usually cheaper than .es and postage just the same. Never had a problem with deliveries and there are many local places for returns. 

I've been ordering quite a lot of stuff from Amazon.es lately, as we've just moved house and I find that if I have things delivered to Correos or one of the Amazon lockers in the area (San Pedro del Pinatar), there is no charge at all for postage. After living in the Canary Islands for 37 years and having to wait sometimes a month for things to be delivered from Amazon, I'm still amazed at how I can order something here and it is usually delivered within 36 hours if it is being sent directly from Amazon.

We get our smaller packages sent to our Best Wishes  box, larger stuff we get delivered to our home address (many of them) and being a Prime account holder most are free postage and many arrive next day and that can be on a Sunday as well .

Don't know if still true but l signed up for Prime on Amazon.es 2 years ago and l'm only paying 3.99€ as opposed the £7.99 I paid back in england.

They have just taken my membership fee €36 for the year.

That is extremely good value compared to the UK.
