Mechanic preferably English speaking

Hi does anyone know any mechanics. Preferably English speaking for ease but not a major issue, just a reliable one. I live in Yecla but surrounding areas is ok too, I need my Dacia looking at, in particular the indicator. The right one has stopped working but bulbs and electrics all ok. Got ITV next month so need sorting asap thank you in advance
