can we start a bad after-sales advice    on line service     a sort of black book     

then second hand car sales have always been bad     but if the public works together who knows it may work

At the moment I am awaiting contact from lawyers and don't want to damage any chance of a favourable outcome. (However small that will be)

Flexicar answer negative posts on Trustpilot asking for full details of your problem, it is the same question which seems like an automated response, goes out to all persons who post negative feedback. if you don't respond, they will seek to remove your post. However, the full  details, can be found in an email i sent to their complaints department. No surprise that they have not responded.

There does seem to be something of a conspiracy with all of Flexicars employees to ignore or dismiss customer complaints.

To be honest, I have little, or no faith in consumer rights here in Spain and sadly don't expect any justice

if indeed this turns out to be the case, then yes I will be happy to be involved. If it prevents any salesman from Flexicar getting a bonus, it will be worth it.

Hi Dave, 

Well several months down the line, I have come to the end of the line with any official complaint against flexicar, the repair bill came in at just under €2000. Of course flexicar (liars) say it wasn't covered under warranty, I will never know as no one at flexicaar (liars) has ever told me what was covered.

I have had so many examples of the lies, you could write a book. A woman called Fatima at the 'help centre' has fed me lie upon lie. I will be happy to join forces and name and shame both the companies and individuals within.
