At the moment I am awaiting contact from lawyers and don't want to damage any chance of a favourable outcome. (However small that will be)
Flexicar answer negative posts on Trustpilot asking for full details of your problem, it is the same question which seems like an automated response, goes out to all persons who post negative feedback. if you don't respond, they will seek to remove your post. However, the full details, can be found in an email i sent to their complaints department. No surprise that they have not responded.
There does seem to be something of a conspiracy with all of Flexicars employees to ignore or dismiss customer complaints.
To be honest, I have little, or no faith in consumer rights here in Spain and sadly don't expect any justice
if indeed this turns out to be the case, then yes I will be happy to be involved. If it prevents any salesman from Flexicar getting a bonus, it will be worth it.
