Hi Mark,

It’s been a really good experience and the system we have is perfect for our needs, it runs a 10 x 5 pool and all household appliances with ease. I think if anything, we went a bit overboard with the generator, as it only gets occasional use over winter if we get more than a few bad days together. Jim at Solar Sky is a lovely guy and very helpful. To be honest with electricity prices the way they are, it’s repaying us far quicker than anticipated!

Hi Roma,

That's great to hear. Can I be cheeky and ask roughly what it cost?

M

Hi Mark,

Yes of course, it cost under 20k€ however that included a €10k generator that we don’t really need, could have bought a way cheaper one as the system of panels and batteries does not require as much help as we thought it might over winter. Hope that helps, ours is a big house, so we have a large system. I worked in hydro electricity and solar before coming here, so can honestly recommend Solar Sky.
