I bank with Bankia and they have started to deduct 10euro from any amount transferred from the UK, their excuse is that the UK is leaving the EU and they no longer recognise sterling as an EU currency. Is anyone one else experiencing the same problem?

I use Transferwise for my Spanish direct debits & Cajamar Wefferrent account as a fee free Spanish bank account.

Yes agree. I use TransferWise. Very quick transfer about 7 seconds.
We use Bank Sabadell And do monthly transfers With NO CHARGE
