Need to buy some plywood and roofing felt to repair a roof for my outside covered cooking area, any suggestions of where to buy greatly recieved.

Having recently inherited this house from my mother I find myself needing to get some replacement gas bottles, for the hot water, cooking etc does anyone know a supplier that is easy to use from an english point of view. 

Just add that I dont need a regular supply of bottles as we only use the the house for holidays etc at the moment. 

I have included a picture of the type of bottle required.

I have a problem with waste water from the kitchen sink and dishwasher not draining to the outside sump. The drains have been rodded and power flushed but the problem remains. Need a builder/plumber to investigate and resolve.
