My UK civil partner and I are due to retire in two years' time. We will each have pensions which will amount to a total of about €36000 per year between us. I believe this is roughly equivalent to IPREM X 5.

We also have a savings account with approximately 75,000 in it.

Would this count as adequate income to obtain NLV?

Also, most sources indicate you need private healthcare insurance but is this needed in the case of UK state pension recipients with S1 entitlement?

Finally is UK Civil Partnership Certificate acceptable or do you need a marriage certificate.

I have had conflicting replies to all of these questions.

I'm taking a 8 night trip staying in La Puebla. I'll be exploring the surrounding area with a plan if I like it, to try a long term rental and then buy.

Does anyone have any property that they are looking to rent or sell? I'm looking for an apartment/town house with  around 2 bedrooms.

Wonderfull semi detached house in prefect condition. 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen , patio plus solarium, garage with electric door, front plus side garden facing South/west with artificial grass. Glas curtains in front of the house created an extra covered space which is superb for winter time.

There are possibilities for contractions a swimming pool.

Extra bonus is that the house is self sufficient with solar panels for hot water and electicity. House must be see to appreciate the value.

7 minutes by car from the beach. All amenities in surroundings. Medical clinic, post office, bank, supermarkets, fuel station, bakers, and even for the sports lovers 3 golfcourses 18 holes. 15 minutes from town of Cartagena, 7 minutes from Los Alcazares and 5 minutes from Torre Pacheco with bus station and train station.
