Hi Everyone,

I have a place on UGR La Tercia and was wondering if it was possible to get a bus from La Tercia village to anywhere on the coast for a day out this might be via Balsicas or Sucina? Also, if there was a bus to Balsicas it would be handy for catching the train to Murcia or Cartegena. You do get fed up of driving everywhere and its nice to meet people when your traveling.

We have nearly completed - been a nightmare since deposit paid in Feb - nearly there now final stages we hope. Anything on 17th October till 30th October as we are hoping to come then?

Hi - a few questions we hope someone can help with.

We have been trying to buy at La Tercia for over 7 months. Finally it is with the notary- how long does this normally take, and when all the legal bits all happen - how long does it take to get the power switched on?
