Hi, I'm replacing my bathroom, toilet, shower, bidet and sink, along with the tiling.  Nothing is being altered, just replaced.  So the question: is there a need to get an obras menores? and if so how difficult is it to get?

I recently sold a property. The selling agent charged me a fee plus IVA. They now tell me they are UK based and as their turnover is under 85k, they are not vat or Iva registered. I have asked for a refund of the IVA paid but have been met with excuses. Can anyone help with what I do next. TIA

The deeds to my house are with the solicitors I used who are MC Consulting in Los Belones.  

Is this normal practice or should I have them? Don't think I ever saw them. I bought in 2018.

No problems with MC they were very good but always worth checking the procedures here in Spain !!
