We have recently bought a small house in Santiago de la Ribera, and we have decided that we would like to make it more 'open plan' by knocking down some walls. But we need some professional advice as to the identification of load-bearing walls as we don't want the house to fall down if we remove one. Is anyone able to recommend a Structural Engineer please?

We will also need a reliable plumber and electrician in the near future, who can preferably speak some English. Is anyone able to recommend anyone in or near Santiago de la Ribera?

We have an ariel on the roof. We watch Tv via the internet and so far haven’t watched any Spanish Tv and probably won’t.

Can we get rid of the ariel?

What is the Minimum charges when not being used and is there a meter system in operation for charging for how many cubic meters you use .

My wife has broken bones in her foot and needs them urgently.

We are returning to the UK next Wednesday so borrowing a wheelchair would be brilliant.

I have an automatic garage gate that is no longer automatic.

I have contacted the unit manufacturer but they are too far away in Madrid and do not keep a list of local area techs.

Hi I sold a 2 bedroom apartment in Santiago de la Ribera and on checking the solicitor fees found a cancellation mortgage fee of 1000 euros. I don’t have a mortgage as I paid this off a few years ago. When I asked the solicitor he said I still have to pay it. How can this be? What can I do?

I am looking for a reliable plumber/boiler engineer who can maintain our new Ariston boiler. The company who installed it are not responding to our messages but we need someone to do some maintenance
