We own a house in Raspay. As we don't have a postman, we have a postbox in the correos in Pinoso. 

I asked in the ayuntamiento in Yecla to send our taxes and so to our postbox in Pinoso, but they can't  send our post to another province they say (and Pinoso is Alicante) 

I heard there is a app to find all of your taxes, fines and other payments to do, but the only one I find is Suma.es. But also that is for Alicante only. Where can I find all of my debts ?  Or do I have to go several times a year to the ayuntamiento in Yecla?
