Hi
First this bank was originally Caja Murcia which is was with for years and never had a issue with at all then they changed to Bankia and since then as gone downhill. Reason I asked this question is this will cost me money and time to go over there is Bankia going to refund this for me thing is I was never even informed that the bank had changed hands until I tried to get on my app and that was a year ago and I’ve had nothing but trouble with customer service since living in Stone Age there so inefficient except if you owe them money then all of sudden there update to date.
