I have purchased a Property in La Tercia, Avenida Federico Garcia Lorca, Gea Y Truyols.
Due to the usual slow procedures, I need accommodation close by until I receive the Keys.
I then have to wait for the connection of the Utilities, which could take weeks.
Any suggestions welcome.

If you have paid your notary solicitor should do this for you. If you haven't paid... Don't until fixed.

if you look at the La Tercia or Sierra Golf facebook page and ask on there I’m sure there will be plenty of rentals to choose as this has been a tough year for holiday rentals!!
I HAVE PURCHASED IN LA TERCIA. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW MUCH ELECTRICITY AND WATER IS TO CONNECT PLEASE.

if no problems think it was around 120€ each...if the property has been empty there are sometimes additional problems with the meters and pipes...the charges go on your first bill..
