Congratulations Hollie, I am on UGR but often have a wander into La Tercia, lovely village.

If you ever fancy a change of scenary the bar is open on UGR too.

I used to thave a house in La Tercia Village, but moved 5 years ago to Los Alcazares.

The village gets very loud when its Fiesta time, which is coming up very soon

Welcome to the Village of La Tercia.

We bought a property last year. I was in the village last week and will be coming back for a few day next week. I suppose this shows that I just love being there. I really is a nice little village.
