Hi

We would just like to introduce ourselves to you all! We have just purchased a holiday home on Nueva Tercia. We will be out at New Year and are looking forward to meeting new potential friends in the area!

We will also need lots of advice about buying furniture, gas heaters and bottles etc

We also need to know the places to go for a good meal and a night out!

Gas bottles are great ..maximum price fixed by the state generally..slightly vary in price depending on garage outlet however and butane and propane but you just need a bottle to return..if not you will need to purchase a full one first and then return to refill...you used to need all sorts of id/ registration but not any more ..you can get deliveries ..

Furniture can be dear in Spain but lots of competition with loads of outlets ..Good charity shops like mabs in San Javier sell good used stuff..storage isn't great in spanish properties so go for ottoman beds..there is an anti crisis shop also in San Javier...

If you want a good night out and entertainment head to Spanglish in Balsicas village ..check out there Facebook page for all their events .

There is a walking football social team in La Tercia if you feel energetic

Good luck
