Just wondering what sort of cost would it be for renting long term anything from a month to 3 months but like November to say April and anytime between these months , is this the so called low season , just a rough ballpark figure as I’m trying to plan ahead before buying

The low season generally runs from November (after October half-term) to Easter, although prices do increase a little over Christmas & New Year.

Most people would class 6 months as a long term rental, although you may find people that (due to the 90 in 180 rule) will rent out their properties for 3 months when they are not thinking of using it.

Rental prices vary greatly depending on size and location of property - a 2-bed apartment may be €800 per month, a 4-bed villa with pool could be €5,000 per month.

Hope this helps!

If a 2 bedroom apartment it would be around €400- €500.

For further info you could contact Property rentals in Spain on propertyrentalsinspain@gmail.com who would know more.

Hello all

I am having a home built in the area, 3 bed /2 bath with pool and roof top solarium.  Was thinking of Airbnb when not in Spain, however, this quote for short term rentals has me thinking?  Which is better?  Also, I will need local pool maintenance, and property cleaning help/mgmt?  Any suggestions?
