Well here is my feedback.

Iberdrola I think I started this in the UK but I got a quick response. I emailed them with proof of wise details - wise emails to you just ring up and it's there in a matter of minutes. I attached also NIE number and latest iberdrola

Aqualia when I came to Spain 6 October I was going to go up there like advised.  I had emailed them and blow me after a couple of weeks (I emailed them in the uk)  I got an answer from them. Same thing copy of wise details, alaqualia bill, nie number but they wanted something with letters on it and I didnt understand what they were talking about so I sent them details of my bank account and they sent me a form to sign so I printed that on sector b camposol for 25 cents signed it, screen shot it and sent back and they said all done.  

The only thing I haven't done is IBI I need to get appointment which I will next year when I'm out in April as not paid till about October

I made appointment to sabadell with the cashier she is there till 11 am.  Lucky enough I had just had ibi paid by them by direct debit.  So I took Passport, Nie paper and copy of statement because I dont have debit card and in 5 minutes they cancelled it and gave me the money I had left in the account.  What a relief.  

You cant do ibi by contacting office by email so that's why I need to do appointment. I know you can pay it on line each year but my cousin helped me with that. I'd rather set up dd again.

I have got a letter saying you can cancel sabadell by phone but looks to difficult so much easier for me to go to bank.

So that's it sorry if I'm not clear if not please see other email explaining how to go to offices.  I'm so surprised and relieved i only had to go to sabadell.  

But I sincerely thank all that have helped me on this forum with so much useful information what a wonderful lot of people on this forum

Hi Madge I got confirmation from Iberdrola they had changed DDR to come out of Wise but its came out of Sabadell the week after whether it takes a few weeks to it to be processed.?I completed forms Emuasa sent forwarded it back with NIE and Wise Details no response from them.I got DDR form from Council had to use Translator on phone to complete then post it back as wouldnt accept anything online.I am actually in Spain now so going to contact edp which will try to call them off a Bill and chase others up by phone.As dont feel like Companies are actually doing anything.But thanks for your response.

I looked at last iberdrola and bottom of first page had something to do with the the wise ref that's on proof of wise statement.  So I phoned them up and they said it was them waited a few days and sure enough it was set up. Dont understand why sabadell took it out if wise confirmed it with them now.  You need to print out and take it to bank and say what's going on. Cheeky monkeys
