Wanted: 697 cale piteras

Just driven past on way home, seems to be ok from a quick look. Certainly worth a physical visit/ add to list?

I assume you mean that you have looked at Calle Piteras on Google Earth?

The images on here can be three or four years old, so not a good guide to condition - useful for seeing what was in the area though.

Just the one house looked bad either one I was looking at or next door the gate was even rusty but all other proprties look lived in

No shrubbery around this evening. Either side looks fine, to the right  looks to be loved in. As mentioned some Google maps/earth photos can be very out of date, our place had developed a brand new front wall after it's photo was taken. Just checked on Google earth and my version is showing the house looking good.

The property we bought looked very nice when we visited, we thought it just needed some paint, pool clean etc. But the following year everything that could break down, did....And the defects were all invisible (underground swimming pool pipes, electricity power totally unsufficient + replacing all wiring in the whole house, boiler, fridge, laundry machine, airco....too much to list up. So be sure to have a lot of savings...
