I have just brought a lhd car from Uk dealer in Basingstoke, it has Spanish plates on,  they put on 4 new tyres and two rear shocks, also new mot till I can get an itv in spain, even delivered it to my house, only 24000 k on clock and about to turn 6 years old next month, but like a brand new car inside, also a lot cheaper to buy here and no vat on it either.

How can you get a UK MOT on a Spanish registered vehicle ??

Make sure it is actually registered in Spain not just got Spanish plates on ??

The dealer in Uk mot the car so covered while in Uk, then when I take it over will then get it itv. I have all the papers from previous owner required by spain to put in my name, as that’s all they do buy and sell eu cars, with all different country plates on

Hi do you have the Website of the Company you Purchased Car from.Do you not have to pay Import Tax when you take it over Spain.
