Camposol is not a ghetto in the slightest

Yes, it is a big urbanisation with plenty of English but the fact that it continues to grow and remain is testament to exactly what so many people and appreciate

Totally agree it may not be to everyone's tastes but to call it a ghetto is misleading at best and a lie at worst

Suggest you simply come and visit and see for yourself as people continue to buy especially now that the hotel is being refurbished and the proximity of the new airport

In general yes they are... whichever sector you my or maynot decide to buy on you will always need a car unless to plan never to go off Camposol and that would be a great shame as Spain is such a vast and beautiful country to explore.. come view then decide.

Hi

I live on D sector and there was a flood about 4/5 years ago following a major 'gota fria' storm.  At the height of the storm the Water board opened the flood gates in Pareton to avoid the reservoir being overwhelmed and a surge of water developed. A set of modifications have been  put in place to deal with this.

The local drainage system was not cleared and maintained.  This has now been remedied and there is a plan in place to improve the drainage system.  I was present when this storm occurred and watched the legendary swimming pool sailing down the road, followed by two fiat 500s.

Have a word with the estate  agents - they should be able to show you the streets that were affected then.  There have been storms since - but no appreciable flooding.

We moved onto sector d January. 99% of the people here are friendly. Yes we are farthest away from amenities. However it beautiful and peaceful. No noise in the evenings. Yes you would need transport. But if you want to make the most of Spain you would need transport anyhow to visit these.
