Aqualia money owing

Changed to wise account from sabadell and direct debits running smoothly but yesterday got a final notice for 43.81 euros I think it must be from the switch from sabadell to Wise account. I've tried to translate on computer but does not tell me how I can pay back. It mentioned caixia but no details. I'm in UK looking after mum. I've emailed them asking them to take money out of account where i have direct debit with Wise as yet no reply

Is it easy to talk to aqualia via phone I think they will cut me off by 22 March if not paid and it's not the want of trying

Would wise be able to help me

I cant geto Spain at the moment my mum is so I'll and I'm her full time carer

Main thing is is it easy to talk to them on phone and best number

For the future, you may wish to download the Aqualia Contact app. You can view your account through the app, was well as make changes to direct debits. Hope that helps.

I would but it does not take my contract no I think it must be a certain way to put it in tried several times so hard.

Well I got through to aqualia via email they sent me caixia bank details and a ref no to put in and then send 2 receipts through to the email I sent to them they said all paid up so hope my waterxstill on. Thanks for your help

just a couple of suggestions, that may help. apologies if you have already tried them.

if you go to the virtual office assistant on their website, you can register.

I am already registered so don't know what information they may ask you.

When we bought the house, our lawyer set up the account with aqualia and used the NIE as the user name. They sent us a password, which we changed, when we first logged on. So, maybe your lawyer may be able to help, if they did this for you.

I’m with pals well to buy the house but wouldn’t help with bills

That’s a shame about the lawyers. Ours set up all the DD’s for Aqualia, electricity and IBI. It definitely made our lives easier as we were also in the UK for substantial times. Hope everything works out well for you. 😇

Not surprising, I wonder how PALS stay in business. Referrals from estate agents I expect!

In all the years I've had an account with Aqualia they have never responded to my emails. I did however find this address which proved successful, probably because it is local and I would think covers Camposol. Try it and see what happens.
