Controlled dog walking.

Prompted by recent posts about dogs and owners in Camposol and other similar communities.  'British living in rural Ireland and a dog family'; huge problem being that a large part (not all) of comunity walk their dogs off the lead, which can cause huge problems to you and your controlled dog on a lead, those owners believing that the rule of 'dog leads' only applies to built up areas, but often just plain ignorance. My rule is; own secure garden or suitable private  'no lead',  elsewhere 'lead and under control and pick up poo'.   Apart from being purely commonsence, recent posts suggest that you may have similar problems over there??  Moving over soon so interested in your feedbacks.
