TIN is a national identity number for Spanish nationals. There is a drop down menu there which allows you to choose other options. If you are a resident and your residencia or TIE was used to open the account, you should be able to enter your NIE number under the resident option. If your account was opened with your passport, try entering its number under the “other” option in the drop down menu. If all else fails and you ate on Camposol, call in and see Paloma, Ivan or Maria. I am sure they will help.
