Has anyone got a definitive answer to who owns the broadband wiring in the box on your outside wall which is sometimes shared with your neighbours? Telecable have padlocked our box and put their name plate on it. Now I have Teletec wanting to access the wiring that runs from the box into my house and drill a hole through my wall to fix a problem with the neighbours cabling, yet they seem reluctant to cut the padlock off. I gather it's a grey area under Spanish law as to who owns what. Any thoughts and advice would be appreciated
