Cctv

Hi, anyone local who is a cctv wizard, my power Tripped off today and for some reason my cctv went crazy, phone was saying cannot connect to live feed, cctv on tv saying offline. Did a complete reboot and removed app from phone reinstalled but can view live feed on tv but cannot connect it online or to my phone. iPhone won’t recognise Q code either so system is totally useless to me as going back to k Monday and need to get it working ASAP, please message me if you know how to reboot whole system, thanks
