Hi Rob,
I have IPTV working (from 2 different sources) through IPTV Smarters app on smart TV or via android box on non-smart TV.
If you PM me I can send the details.
You DO need a decent internet connection (min 20 MB download) to make it work (I have 50/50 fibre connection here in Csol)
