Sector A.

Or B, C or D depending on what you are looking for, your budget and what is available.

A is the original sector and prices overall seem to be a bit higher, like for like. Small commercial area with bars, butchers, bodega and small supermarket  etc.

B is the other side of the main road, has shops, large supermarket, bars, restaurants etc.

C is a little further out but near to the golf course and club house.

D is the biggest and newest sector, further out than the others (4 or 5 km from furthest point to shops on B) but overall very quite and generally the cheapest prices.

Unless on A or B and never intending to get out and about a car is considered by most an essential.

Been here a year now, on D, and loving it, looking forward to many more years here. Lots to see and do to keep us busy for ages.

Fantastic beaches 20 - 30 minutes easy drive away. Murcia city and Cartagena 45 minutes drive and great shopping.

We live off our pensions and thoroughly enjoy life here.  But it is necessary to have savings for repairs, replacement if white goods etc. If my husband didn't smoke we would be even better off!
