Can only pass on the advice our neighbours gave us, they have had all the different materials going, their advice was just buy the cheapest one you like, they told us the sun kills all of them.

If you visit the bar in the port  by the Moroccan you'll see their Rattan furniture has gone the same way as ours.

They have a good selection of garden furniture.

Hi, do not buy rattan for your garden as others have sensibly advised. 

Rattan is only good for indoor use or permanently out of the sun.

It will drop and split to pieces. 

I bought a suite from the UK, clean and used under cover for 5 years in perfect condition.

After one year of Spanish sun, on our patio, started splitting, cracking and eventually fell to bits.

The only way to go is aluminium powder coated furniture with thick water resistent cushions that can be stored away at the end of the day. 😎
