Can anyone let me know if sector one is ok and are the properties all registered and legal there

Hi there, the sectors on Camposol are labelled as A, B, C and D. Assuming you mean Sector A, it is the most complete and many have fin d’obras and some have certificates of habitation. If you are planning to buy, you should ask this question to your lawyer as the answer may vary depending on the property you are looking at. Make sure you choose an independent lawyer. Not one recommended by an estate agent. Absence of these documents will not currently prevent the buying and selling of property.
