There is nobody to enforce Spanish security camera law, if someone was hanging around our property and got caught on our cameras & if there had been a local burglary I’d happily post the images on social media and forums in the hope that these low life’s get caught.

I do not think the police or council would take any action against cctv that catches a break in, or vandals.
I would think they would be pleased to help nick the culprits who are the scum we are all trying to catch.
Without confirming any of the following statement ( A resident stated that when they spoke to the police about catching the scum, the officer said, when you have delt with them first, then call us .)
Think what you will.
If we can get pictures the best way is print them, and post them up all over the square for all to see.
