Below we have translated the main article of the decree, so you can see the “exceptions” of the social meetings and also see that measures related to work environments continue the same as before.

Article 1. Limitation of groups of people in public and private spaces.

  1. In public spaces, both closed and outdoors, the permanence of groups of people is limited to a maximum of two people, unless all participants live together, in which case may be more. 

  2. In homes or spaces for private use, both indoors and outdoors, as well as in private private vehicles, only social gatherings of people belonging to the same nucleus or coexistence group (same household) are permitted. 

  3. The limitations established in the two previous sections are **excepted** in the following cases and situations:

  a) People who live alone, who may be part of a single extended coexistence unit (another household/bubble.  Each living unit (household) can only integrate a single person who lives alone.

  b) The reunion of minors with their parents, in the event that they do not live at the same address.

  c) The meeting of people with a marriage or partner relationship when they live in different addresses.

  d) The meeting for the care, attention or accompanying of minors, elderly or dependents, with disabilities or especially vulnerable, when it is necessary for the normal development of this person.

4. The limitation provided for in this article will not be applicable to labour and institutional (work) activities or those for which specific measures are established in the applicable regulations.
