Yes those are available here at the English Food Co in Puerto de Mazarron and prices are on a par with those of PG Tips which I happened to take a picture of last week on "Special Offer" at €9.50 for a 160 bag box (50% extra free). 

This was a particularly "Special Offer" as the previous time we saw them, they were €8.95!...
