New Boxing for Fitness Classes at CDA Gym in Camposol
NEW Beginners Boxing for Fitness Classes Starting Tuesday 4th June
Warrior Martial Arts brings Hatton Boxing for fitness classes to CDA Fitness Gym and Studio in Camposol!
These classes will taken by a qualified Ricky Hatton Boxing for fitness coach and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm, the session will be an hour long and for the first four weeks the cost will be just €3 per session.
This will be a mixed adults class and will be tailored to suit everyones abilities, this class is purely for fitness and there will be no sparring.
Boxing gloves and focus pads are provided, so if you want to try something different why not come along and punch your way to a healthier you.
