Hi, we have always used Mick Yates of Luz del Sol over on A Sector for buying. Always helpful, not pushy and tells you as it is.

We rented before we bought and it was really useful to helping us decide what we wanted to do and where to buy. Not just which location but also where on Camposol. A and B sectors are closest to the shops and entertainment. C and D are further away and I think it would be extremely difficult to live in D without your own transport. If there is anything else I can help with please feel free to message me. We have recently moved over permanently and are on D.

We used Mercers but that was because the house we wanted was being sold through them. Best advice I can give you is drive around the urbanisation, talk to locals and view properties through all of the agents based on Camposol.  But makes sure you find your own independent solicitor  to complete the purchase.   We used Costa calida property services on A , which were were really pleased with, but there are many more in the port.

HI. ...we used them all...found most of them very helpful....we picked their brains. It has been said in other posts Nick at Luz De Sol is very good. Mercers is good but for us Vinny at Another World Properties stood out for us, he went the extra mile. In the end we bought from him but that was only because we fell in love with the home we now own.

My advice is use them all....I don't think there is  bad estate agent on camposol!  But one will stand out for you..... we rented on here while looking to buy.....we used dawn at Mercers..... but I  do know Another World Properties do rentals there are many fine properties for sale on Camposol. ......happy hunting...xxx
