Property buying with Mercers?

Why are you only looking at Mercer's what's wrong with the likes of Blue med / luz de Sol and the likes..you could be missing out.

We used Mercer's last year and they were great.  We did go to other agencies but Mercer's were the ones selling the house we wanted.  We used Costa Calida property services on sector A to process the sale and they were brilliant.  Good luck and welcome to Camposol

If you hire a car..you can drive around Camposol and check out the various area's of Camposol yourself...we have approximately 4,000 properties on the site with plenty of the smaller 2 bed's up for sale ...but very few of the bigger 3 beds with swimming pool up for sale .

We have just purchased a 2 bed through Mercers. They were absolutely fantastic during the purchase process and after we had purchased, helping with tv, android box, furniture, internet and after the purchase went through they were still willing to help us with many things. Mercers showed us a few houses and 1 in a problematic area (without telling us). Do your homework first. We eventually bought a villa through DreamHouseSpain. Absolutely easy n they were extremely helpful before during and after the purchase. No hesitation to recommend. Good luck and Camposol is an amazing urbanisation despite any negative news which we had heard and seen. We are so pleased with our villa. Great community spirit n very friendly neighbours we have, better than our neighbors in the UK.

Would try others estate agents as well tbh, we used Mercers and they were a bit hit and miss though all turned out well in the end..

I used Mercers my particular agent was excellent she showed me the problem areas without being asked & I would recommend her to anyone. It’s like any company some staff are better than others. I did view with another company & that agent came across like a used car salesman.

We also have recently purchased a villa via Mercer’s and can confirm that they were really helpful, we dealt with Sam and she couldn’t do enough for us, however we have met some of their other staff and they are all great, we rented a villa during one stay from Christina and Logan has been really helpful. Although I can’t really comment on the other estate agents I did correspond with Luz-Del-Sol and also found them really helpful, so I guess it’s finding the property 1st.
