Those that are able, just park in lower car park and spend 2 minutes walking, leave the upper parking for disabled? 

Errrr. I am very mixed up as to whether you mean me or not ?. Perhaps you have written this against the original sender .??. I actually did write about those who park on the road way preventing through traffic, I suggested they were the nuisance rather than those actually queuing inside. 

I have been around this area for some fifteen years now and have never once parked in that area outside Consum etc. This morning I parked opposite the bank and walked up to the shops, as I always do. Less hassle for me than fighting for a spot. By the way I am 78 years old and have had two knee replacements, but do not consider myself old or an invalid. Not sure how the term “dick” is used in this instance, surely it wasn’t meant as a compliment. Should your comments have been directed at the original instigator of this subject perhaps you should just make that clear. I do not see in anyway see the content of my original contribution could have caused you such upset. No need for an apology, just a clarification. Thankyou.
