Turn everything off in your house / garden etc then go & have a look at your water meter.

If it is moving, even very slowly, then you have a water leak somewhere on your property.

Thats high. Ours in normally 47 no pool. If you have a leak the meter will be spinning. Normally if it is aqualia will turn the water off when they read it. Do you have pool cleaners topping it up and have they gone off forgetting about it?

Check for any strange pipes, a friend came home from work early and found a neighbour had tapped into his water and was happily watering his garden at my friends expense. Apparently this is not a rare occurrence and happens more often than people realise.

Always switch your water off when you leave and check your meter regularly.  My daughter got stung with a 2000E bill because of a leak

Euro 349 must have been a horrible unexpected bill. I do hope it's a mistake and gets sorted. Perhaps the meter was read wrong, a decimal point in the wrong place that sort of thing. Fingers crossed for you.

Camposol plumbing and heating solved a leak issue for us and I can highly recommend them.

Or someone is using your water....
