Hi Anne, regarding the differences of the sectors and it is only my opinion: A sector was the first to be built, has an array of good little shops, bars etc. I suppose it's a matter of how close to these bars you choose to live as to how quiet/noisy it would be. B sector has "the centre", where you will find again, an array of amenities and Consum supermarket. I would imagine it can be a little on the noisy side if you chose to live near the centre. However, both sectors are quite spread out and both are connected by a road bridge which means you don't necessarily need a car. C sector is a more quiet area but the only thing on there is the excellent golf club and restaurant which means unless you are super fit, don't mind walking in the heat with bags of shopping, you would need a car. D sector is the furthest away from the amenities. You would definitely need transport to live there. This area, unfortunately, had a lot of bad press due to the actions of the builder and it made buyers wary of purchasing there. Glad to say however, that the problems seem to have been sorted and property seems to be moving. I hope this helps a little in your decision making but, do your homework on the properties you like, the position they're in for your daily needs etc. and I'm sure you'll enjoy living here. Good luck.

Hi Anne,
I'd second all that :-) A & B are the ones close to all the amenities but that includes the bars and restaurants so are likely to be more lively. C & D are further away so it's quieter but then a fair trek to shops etc so you definitely need a car unless you're a keep fit fanatic :-)

Agree with most of what was said apart from D having bad press. My understanding is that the bad press was
down to one side of C
Regardless, you will need a car for C and D but they are extremely quiet areas

Thank you for your reply. Do you know what part of "C" was damaged in the flooding as I have been looking at properties online and some of "C" sector is very cheap to buy??
Anne
Must admit not toally sure but I I think on the opposite side of the golf club although we actually took a drive around both sides only last week and it is clear certain damage was done
There is a lot of negative press about this long outstanding issue on various web-sites where some people are still trying to claim compensation but overall I think the damage was quite limited and does not reflect on Camposol as a whole..?

I think it was the rambla between Sectors B & C where the bridge goes across. I'm sure I read reports about the bridge being closed for several months as it was unsafe for vehicles to cross. There are some villas right on the edge of the rambla which looked in a sorry state :-(
Agreed that the bridge was damaged so could not be used which is just below the golf course between Band C
The bridge has since been repaired and strenghtened
