Winter in Camposol

First time poster here, is Camposol a year round urbanisation or do shops, restaurants etc close during winter like other towns we have encountered?

Camposol is a urbanisation with a large population that live all year round on the site .. with bars/ restaurant's/ shops/entertainment all year round.
