OMG - what planet are you on, Abbey48? Do you actually live in Camposol? 

Strewth, what a miserable naysayer abbeyw48 is. Just ignore it, may just go away. As for original question, there is one small section on C that does have subsidence issues, I think it is the other side from the one you are looking at though. We used Mercers and Luz del Sol, both told us about this and said they would not sell houses in the problem area. Get in touch and check with them, both good a replying to emails.

Oh, Abbey48, yet ANOTHER question you’ve not answered, where are you situated? Although I see from your profile it’s Mazarrón, NOT Camposol. 

Your initially reply to the authors question makes Camposol sound so bad, well it isn’t and further more NOT everyone is ‘ready to be pushing up daisies’ 

Furthermore, if it were not for all the money that the inhabitants of Camposol help to ‘plough’ into the coffers of Mazarrón council the Port and surrounding areas would not get the ‘facelift’ they has been given. Also, the businesses that prosper from ‘US’ spending money with them. 

You also mention about the crumbling infrastructure and the residents not paying out to improve it - well it’s not upto us yet as it’s not been fully adopted by the council and it’s only a few properties that have a problem NOT ALL.

Yes , we came over april2019 for two weeks just to look at properties and all four estate agents we viewed with held nothing back about the subsidence problems on upper C. They even took us up there to show us . Just have a good look and ask questions. We found them all really helpful. It’s your choice at the end of the day . Good luck. Oh and by the way we are buying in Camposol this summer, we were so impressed. 

Good for you Donna, using your own brain to make a decision, who'd  have  thought any of us could do that (clue, we did).

We bought a semi-detached Rebecca on Camposol C2 in 2018..

We looked at Calle Quesada area (it's on 'Upper C' and decided we would not buy in that sector. There is some severe subsidence on the outer road of sector C15.

I would advise a full survey before buying any property on Upper C.

There are lots of good properties on Camposol and there is a great community here.
