New to Camposol. looking for care assistant work.

Hi my name is massimo(mas) for short I moved here with my parents in august this year we live in D sector Currently looking for work cash in hand work or a proper job my past role I was a Care-assistant/team leader on nights I was trained to deal with meds was a carer for over 12 years my spoken language's is  English/Italian any advice or help will be much appreciated.
