Welcome and congrats. Which sector have you bought on.

We bought in 2018 and moved over full time pre brexit in 2020.

I would recommend you getting the locks changed and consider a key holder. We do get the occasional breakins and when it rains hard it may get into the house. Make sure you turn the water off at the mains before you leave as properties are prone to water leaks resulting in huge water bills.

Just a few friendly tips.

Enjoy.

Hi welcome to the forum I am sure you will find it useful.

I notice you are thinking of letting your property are you aware of the rule regarding holiday or long term lets?

Holiday lets require a tourist licence which if you employ an agent will obviously advise you on this, also many people are finding this type of letting is not economical after all the costs involve including tax.
