Advice on things I should put in place before I move.

I am 66years of age, do I need private :/care? Is it best to have my pension paid into my English or Spanish bank account? How much can I expect to pay for water and electricity for a 2 bedroom property?  How do I sort out a good broadband package? Should I carry on using my current mobile phone?
