Hello everyone

Could I ask people who have bought a house in Campasol if buyers get the deeds to the property, and uf the house walls are 'single skinned' walls or cavity walls, I am wondering if the properties are cold in the winter, I would appreciate any information on this subject, many thanks

Hi , Difficult to give you an estimate on how many of the properties on camposol have the deeds i have mine on lower C,other people i am sure who have lived here longer will have a better idea than me.Bottom line is now none of the estate agents on camposol should be selling a property without them which i am sure they are not. As regards the construction of the villas they are all prefabricated single wall reinforced concrete so the inside gets cold in winter. We have  a pellet burner for our rebecca villa which is very economical and heats up the place fine.

Orac's reply was spot on

We bought a Rebecca on Camposol C2 last year and moved in in July.

We've installed a Pellet Burner, which works just fine. :)

It can get quite cold at night outside and without adequate heating the houses will be very cold inside.

Butane gas heaters work, but they produce a lot of moisture.

We have a butane powered boiler in an outside store that heats water on demand. It works fine.

We bought ours last year with deeds. Ours is a Monsara villa and been told warmer in winter. We have 2 oil filled radiator s and can keep warm adequately. Always indoor temperature 18C the last few weeks without heating ..... Very happy with the villa.

We bought end of 2015 and got all the deeds.

Think you need to make sure you have the fin d’obre. Someone else will probably advise better.

Not living there yet but hopefully moving end of this year. Had log burner installed 6 months ago.

Pellet burner or log burner would be the way to go. Does get cold at night during the winter.

Use chimineas y llamas in mazarron or freesol for pellet burners
