Moving expenses.

Hi everyone. Me and the Mrs are planning on moving over to camposol but we would like to know approx how much are the removals from UK to Spain.

We're trying to get a ballpark figure on just how much we're going to need to move over. After the new house is bought.

Me and my Husband are also coming to live in Camposol in a few weeks. We had a quick look and got a couple quotes when we went to a place in the sun in Birmingham last year, we reckon around £5-6 grand, we’ve sold our furniture and will be renting first till we find our forever home. Putting furniture into storage in uk so exspensive aswell. I used to have a holiday home in Camposol and found you need no were the amount of furniture that we have in uk so brought all in Spain and didn’t have any problems. Carre fore is great for a lot of stuff you will need and inexpensive. Just my opinion hope it helps and good luck

Hi Linda,

You need to be more specific on how much (volume) of goods. As a rough guide a normal 3 bedroom home in the UK will contain goods to fill about 2 x 20 foot ISO containers. Storage here in Spain is generally much cheaper than in the UK (be careful re moisture though because the air is so much more humid here!)
