Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor in the Mazarron area?

We're looking to purchase somewhere soon and wondered who people had used in the past.

Thanks

Dan.

Hi,

We recommend PALS, they will sort everything, and advise you if something is wrong.

Hi

I can thoroughly recommend Corral & Alcaraz. Excellent service from Alberto & Karen in the office.

I would never recommend PALS, they got everything wrong and tried to charge me extra for putting things right!

I have no doubt all solicitors can make mistakes, but can only speak as we found, same as yourself.

Yes I agree, but when they get everything wrong, and put strange unsolicited clauses in the Escritura, I have to warn other's. They can then make their own mind up, it's their money.

Agree,

But they are bound by law to get things right, and you have a avenue of compensation if they fail.

I have checked up, and you have recourse to challenge all, and have things put right.

However, its individual choice.

Yes of course I got them to correct their mistakes, but it's hassle you shouldn't get from so-called professionals. I have bought and sold in Spain before, both trouble free, so I know what to expect. I'm pleased you had a good experience, but are you sure there were no errors in your paperwork? I'm not sure about getting compensation in Spain, it's bad enough filing a complaint!
