We can definitely recommend Corral & Alcaraz. Karin is the best, really helpful and friendly. We went to the solicitors office at 10.30 in the morning, by 12 we had done all the paperwork for the purchase of our house, visited the Notary, signed power of attorney papers, had an appointment made for us at the bank and opened bank accounts - plus NIEs were applied for the next day on our behalf. We have now completed on the property with no hitches whatsoever. So much easier than in the UK

Errors, well what can you say, errors can occur any time with any one, who searches the searchers?

You have to rely on the profession, if they get it wrong, then you have no chance.

I have no doubt if you brought together 10 contracts from 10 different professionals, 5 would contain errors.

So what can you do, who is trusted to get all 100% right, and how can you tell? thats why we have to trust them who we use, any one can make mistakes, I wonder if UK has just made one!!!!!!!!!

We used NCS in Los Alcazares, brilliant service didn't need to fly out once as they sorted everything. Bank account, NEI numbers.
