So we've just spent 2 weeks on the Mazarron Country Club with daily visits to Camposol. After looking at properties online for months we also considered buying a property at the MCC. In the end we are glad we didn't. The MCC looks clean and very well maintained. Some beautiful properties can be found. BUT for us, most of the plots are too small and the MCC is too quiet for us. Most of the properties are holiday homes and there are almost no amenities.

We explored the area, went to see Mazarron, Puerto de Mazarron, Bolnuevo, Isla Plana, Murcia, Catagena, etc. We drove around every sector of Camposol and drove around through all the other places in the area. Thank you all for the useful comments and suggestions. We decided to buy on Camposol and found the area we liked the most. We ended up buying a nice property on Sector A. Well maintained properties around us, short walk to bars, restaurants & the commercial center of sector B. Very happy with our choice and we can't wait to move in a couple of months.

Hi Bugsy,

great choice and glad you persevered with your search and found your ideal new home, we started our journey at a similar time to your original post and completed our purchase 3 weeks ago, we bought on D32 after a lot of investigation and an excellent job by our solicitor, we found no issues with ours regarding subsidence plus it is quite a distance from the Rambla flood zone.

welcome to Camposol the community is so friendly

Thank you very much Lee and congratulations on your purchase as well. We've met some great people in our short time at Camposol and found the atmosphere to be very nice and friendly. We are looking forward to our move and plan to enjoy our new life under the sun.
