Can anyone recommend: Recommendation for swimming pool repair on leaking skimmer box

My pool has been empty for 18months and since it has been filled both skimmer box's are leaking the pool is built out of the ground so it is possible to see the problem from underneath, I'm in the UK, but some people are using our place at the moment, there are resins available that can be applied without draining the water down here in the UK but not too sure if they are available in Spain yet Richard.
