Hi all.
We have a small 1bed Victoria villa on Sector A which we have had for 2 years.
Is is recommended to get the roof checked every so often to prevent leaks?
How much would this cost approx and can anyone recommend someone they have used?

No point in having it checked.
It either leaks or it does not !!
Just wasting your money to have it checked.

Is water coming through. Yes or no. Simple. You can answer yourself. If no , then fine no leaks. If water leaking. Then see where. Put a bucket under and catch the water. Go ontop of solarium where water coming through. Take of top tiles. Paint on bitchum, like black tar in a can costs 20euros. Put tiles back down. One dàys job and 20 euro only if needed. Simple
